Complaints

You always have the right to complain to Speedtsberg if the product you have ordered does not live up to your expectations.  We take customer feedback very seriously. 
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, we would kindly ask you to contact the reseller where you bought it.  They will then contact us.
If your complaint concerns a safety issue or a serious accident related to the product, you can contact Speedtsberg directly by email to info@speedtsberg.com or telephone: +45 76258888 and please provide us with the following information:

1. Your name and contact details
2. Information about the product, product number, batch number, and any other relevant details
3. Which reseller you purchased the product from
4. The reason for your complaint, including pictures of the product, if relevant

We will then process your complaint.  We strive to answer all complaints within 3 weeks, and if the complaint is found to be legitimate, a solution to the complaint will be offered no later than 3 months from the date on which we received the complaint.

After processing the complaint, it will be registered electronically in our system.  We only store personal information which is necessary to investigate and answer the complaint, and we store this information for as short a time as is necessary in accordance with data legislation.



Product Recalls

As an organisation, we wish to react promptly and without delay, should any of our products not live up to expectations or not fulfil European safety requirements. If this is the case, we will recall the product.
